Air Fried Avocado


This recipe is a slight variation of the Air Fryer Avocado Fries on AllRecipes.

Ingredients:

1 Avocado, ripe  (peeled and quartered or in eights)
1/4 C Flour
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Water
1 Pack of Italian Seasoned Panko Crumbs
Spray Olive Oil

Instructions:

1. Using three shallow bowls, fill one bowl with flour, another with the egg (beaten) and the teaspoon of water, and the third with the panko crumbs.

2. For each Avocado wedge:

a. Dredge in flour, dusting off excess.

b. Dip in egg, dripping off excess.

c. Press into panko crumbs.

3. Spray coated Avocados with a generous amount of olive oil.

4. Cook in preheated 400 F Air Fryer 6 minutes.

Serve with ranch and enjoy your crispy appetizer!

This is a fantastic traditional Chicken Piccata recipe.
